Susan brings deep experience in executive HR and strategic planning in high-growth tech, while Ian specializes in Business Operations, systems, and practical talent strategies that improve execution. Both are certified HR professionals (CPHR, SHRM-SCP, CTMP), with Susan holding a BFA from Emily Carr University and a certificate in Leadership, and Ian holding a BA Economics and Masters in Leadership from Royal Roads University.
